Key Changes and Requirements
1. Additional Documentation Required
Bunker suppliers applying for renewal or first-time registration must submit:
- i) List of companies supplied bunkers to in the past
- ii) Approval from local bodies, state government, and relevant authorities, including storage facility details and licenses
- iii) Proof of office premises
- iv) Undertaking regarding wrong supply of bunker fuel
2. Bunker Supplier Licence
A valid bunker supplier licence is required to supply bunkers to vessels using own bunker delivery documents.
Important Note
Non-compliance may lead to delay in processing registration as a "bunker supplier".
