Key Changes and Requirements
1. Online Application Procedure
Follow these steps to apply for revalidation of your Engineering grade CoC online:
- 1. Visit www.dgshipping.gov.in
- 2. Click “eGovernance” and LOGIN
- 3. Click “CoC and CoC Revalidation”
- 4. Select your CoC grade and click “CONTINUE”
- 5. Fill required data and submit the application
- 6. Pay fees online and upload required documents
- 7. Track application status and receive revalidation sticker
2. MMD Procedure on Receipt of Online Application
MMD will follow these steps upon receiving your online application:
- 1. Application appears in “CoC Revalidation inbox”
- 2. Dealing Assistant scrutinizes and forwards to Assessment Officer
- 3. Assessment Officer verifies and approves the application
- 4. CoC revalidation sticker is printed, signed, and dispatched
- 5. Speed post tracking details are entered in the system
Note: All Engineering grade CoC revalidations must be carried out online. Physical applications will not be entertained from 01/08/2017.
