Key Changes and Requirements
1. Celebration Activities
The Directorate General of Shipping will celebrate Samvidhan Diwas on 26th November 2025. The following activities are planned:
- i) Reading of the Preamble of the Constitution
- ii) Participation in the online Quiz on Constitution and Democracy through the MyGov platform
2. Participation and Reporting
All officers and staff are requested to be present in the Conference Hall at 11:00 AM on 26th November 2025 for the above activities. Port Officers (POs), Major Ports (MMDs), and allied offices are also requested to organize appropriate events/activities and update the report to the Ministry of Ports, Shipping & Waterways, New Delhi, under intimation to this Directorate.
