1. Urgent Processing and Presentation Requirements
Applications for new training institutes are to be processed urgently. Institutes with scrutinized proposals must make a power point presentation to senior officers of the Directorate, including details like land documents, business plan, project feasibility report, source of funds, and compliance with observations raised by the Scrutiny Committee.
- Presentation Date: From 15th June 2017 onwards
- Presentation Details: Land documents, business plan, project feasibility report, source of funds, and compliance with observations
2. Compliance with Observations
Training institutes must comply with the observations raised by the Scrutiny Committee within one month from the date of receipt, failing which it will be assumed that the institute is not interested in pursuing their proposal further.
- Compliance Deadline: One month from the date of receipt of observations
This circular is issued for transparency and speedy clearance of the proposal from the Directorate's side and also from the applicant institute's side.
