Key Changes and Requirements
1. Feedback System Introduction
A feedback system has been developed and placed on the official website www.dgshipping.gov.in to allow users to give feedback on the overall performance of DG Shipping and its individual services.
2. Concurrent Feedback System
A concurrent feedback system has been placed at the end of the fourteen e-governance modules offered by DG Shipping. Stakeholders can rate services and provide suggestions or grievances.
Benefits The feedback module is expected to benefit a large number of Indian seafarers who have to use the online services offered by DG Shipping to comply with regulatory requirements.
