Key Changes and Requirements
1. Debarment Period Changes — Rule Change
The debarment period for submitting false/fake/forged documents has been reduced from life to a maximum of five years.
- New Period: Up to five years
- Effective Date: 15.03.16
2. Action Against MTIs — New Provision
MTIs admitting ineligible candidates with false information will face action. Ineligible candidates admitted without false information can reapply once eligible.
- Action: Cancellation of CDC, debarment, and possible penalties against MTI
II/4 Candidates debarred for life as on 14.03.16 can apply for CDC from 15.03.16
