Key Changes and Requirements
1. Revised Certificate Formats
The formats of certificates for the following training courses have been revised:
- Advance Training for Oil Tanker Cargo Operations (Course ID: 80)
- Advance Training for Chemical Tanker Cargo Operations (Course ID: 78)
- Advance Training for Liquefied Gas Tanker Cargo Operations (Course ID: 79)
- Advance Training for Liquefied Natural Gas Tanker Cargo Operations (Course ID: 128)
- Oil Tanker Cargo and Ballast Handling Simulator (Course ID: 86)
- Chemical Tanker Cargo and Ballast Handling Simulator (Course ID: 126)
- Liquefied Gas Tanker Cargo and Ballast Handling Simulator (Course ID: 124)
- Liquefied Natural Gas Tanker Cargo and Ballast Handling Simulator (Course ID: 131)
- Practical Tanker Fire Fighting course for Basic Training (Course ID: 170)
2. Implementation
All training institutes are required to:
- Note these revised formats
- Implement them for training course certificates with immediate effect
II/4 Certificate of Proficiency in Advanced Training for Oil Tanker Cargo Operations
Important Note
These certificates, along with other requisite documents, must be submitted to the Administration to obtain the Certificate of Proficiency.
