Key Changes and Requirements
1. Submission of Articles of Agreement (AoA)
Indian flag ship owners are no longer required to submit hard copies of AoAs to the Government Shipping Office / Office of Shipping Master after submitting them online.
- Retention: Ship owners must retain signed hard copies of AoAs.
- Production: Ship owners must produce the signed hard copies to the Government Shipping Office / Office of Shipping Master when called for dispute redressal.
Note: All other conditions prescribed in the superseded orders remain in force.
