Key Changes and Requirements
1. Fee Collection Changes
Consequent to the publication of M.S (STCW) Rules, 2014, the fees collected by FCs have been increased.
- Watchkeeping & Tanker Endorsements (Ratings): Rs. 3750/- (was Rs. 1250/-)
- Tanker Endorsement (Petty Officers): Rs. 3000/- (was Rs. 1000/-)
- Tanker Endorsement (Deck Cadets & Trainee Marine Engineers): Rs. 3000/-
MS (STCW) Rule 2014 - Rule 78 (item 31(a), 32, 33)
Important Note
All FCs are to comply with these changes with immediate effect.
