Key Changes and Requirements
1. Mandatory Certificate Details Update
All approved MTIs must update certificate details in the e-Samudra batch module for all courses conducted between 1.1.2011 and 31.12.2015.
- Deadline: 1.1.2016
- Compliance: Send a letter of compliance and undertaking to egovernance-dgs@nic.in with copy to paddgtr-dgs@nic.in
2. Consequences of Non-Compliance
Failure to comply may result in:
- Automatic Bar: From uploading fresh data until non-conformities are rectified
- Withdrawal of Approval: For courses non-conforming to the instructions, effective 4.1.2016
