तत्काीलीन वाणिज्यन पोत परिवहन (वापोप) (सीडीसी) नियमावली, 1960 के अंतर्गत जारी किए गए सतत् उन्मो चन प्रमाण पत्र-सह-समुद्रकर्मी पहचान प्रलेख(सीडीसी) को बदला जाना-संबंधी.

Applicable to: Shipping Masters, Mercantile Marine Departments, INSA/FOSMA/MASSA, NUSI, MUI, and other relevant maritime bodies.

Effective Date: Immediate

Superseded Circulars: M.S. Notice No. 10 of 2014

Key Changes and Requirements

The process for issuing Continuous Discharge Certificates (CDCs) has been updated. The key changes are:

CDC Applications: Applications for CDCs must now be made by speed post A/D.
CDC Issuance: CDCs will be issued only by speed post A/D, except in rare/exceptional circumstances determined by the Shipping Master.
Record Keeping: Details of new/replaced CDCs must be recorded in the official CDC register(s) at the CDC issuing Government Shipping Office.

II/4 All other terms and conditions of the connected M.S. Notices remain unchanged.
