Key Changes and Requirements
1. Application Deadline Removal
The previous deadline for applying for Cook CoC has been removed. Seafarers can now apply at any time.
2. Revised CoC Format
Cook CoCs will be issued in the revised format stipulated in M.S. Notice No. 07 of 2014.
MLC, 2006 Seafarers must be trained and qualified for their on-board position as per the Maritime Labour Convention, 2006.
Important Note
All other terms and conditions prescribed in DGS Order No. 7 of 2012 & DGS Order No. 07 of 2013 remain unchanged.
