Key Changes and Requirements
1. Intermediate Inspection Changes
Only one intermediate inspection between renewal cycles of 5 years is required. Surveyors should closely monitor compliance with QMS and manufacturer's operations frequently during routine visits.
- Action: Monitor compliance closely and report irregularities to local P.O., MMD immediately.
- Reporting: Send full report along with recommendations to the Directorate immediately if a complaint is received from a reliable source.

Any non-compliance with the new inspection regime may result in appropriate action as per the rules.
