Key Changes and Requirements
1. New CDC Application Procedure
The application for new Continuous Discharge Certificates (CDC) in individual categories (other than candidates who have undergone DGS approved pre-sea training courses) is now to be made online.
- Shipping Masters: are directed to process and issue such CDC following the procedures prescribed in DG Shipping Order No. 20 of 2013.
- Offline applications: will not be accepted for new CDC in individual categories henceforth.
