Key Changes and Requirements
1. Written Exam Timing
The written exam for MEO Class IV (NCV) can now be conducted immediately after completion of the course at approved institutes.
2. Oral Exam Timing
The oral examination must still be conducted by MMD after the candidate completes the requisite sea service with the T.A.R. Book.
