Key Changes and Requirements
1. Mandatory Batch Details Submission
All maritime training institutes must submit batch details under the e-samundra module, effective from 1.1.2011.
- Upload: Details of all courses commenced from 1.1.2011 onwards
- Deadline: Within 2 weeks of course commencement for pre-sea courses
2. Immediate Compliance and Penalties
Non-compliant institutes may face deficiency action.
3. Admitted Intake Data Submission
Pre-sea training institutes must submit admitted intake data for the last 3 years (2011, 2012, 2013) in the specified format.
- Format: e-samundra module
- Deadline: Today evening
- Submission: By return mail/fax to training-dgs@nic.in or dgstrg@gmail.com, Fax: 022-25752029/35

Compliance is mandatory. Non-compliance may result in deficiency action.
