1. Delegation of Authority
The competent authority has delegated the issuance of International Ship Security Certificate (ISSC), Ship Security Certificate (SSC) (Coastal), and Continuous Synopsis Record (CSR) to Indian ships by the concerned Registrars of Ships.
- Action Required: Approach the Registrar for issuance of such documents.
- For Indian Register of Shipping (IRS): Correspond with the respective Registrars.
