Issuance of COCs (NCV) grades applications are being submitted to DGS for issuance of CoCs

Key Changes and Requirements

Applications for issuance of CoCs (NCV) grades should not be submitted to DGS when there's a change of INDOS number.

Action: Inform candidates after result approval and advise them to obtain new INDOS number.
Letter: Issue a letter to the candidate with a copy marked to INDOS Cell/LBS College.
Final Registers: Forward DGS Final Registers only after the candidate obtains a new INDOS number.
