Key Changes and Requirements
1. System Migration and Downtime
The existing MTO Application portal is being transitioned to a new system. During this period, the portal will be unavailable from 00:01 AM on 11 November 2025 until 23:59 PM on 13 November 2025.
- Affected Services: Application submission, document upload, and payment processing
2. Action Required
All users are requested to complete any pending applications and payments before or after the above-mentioned dates to avoid inconvenience or delay in processing.
