1. Training Requirements
The training requirements for seafarers on "Near Coastal Voyage (NCV) for Dredgers, Tugs, and Offshore Support Vessels" have been updated.
- New Training: Pre-sea training for seafarers on the mentioned vessel types.
- Duration: The training duration has been revised.

Important Note
All seafarers on NCV vessels must complete the updated pre-sea training by the effective date.
