Key Changes and Requirements

1. Circular Kept in Abeyance

The Shipping Development Circular No.03 of 2013 on guidelines for grant of license/permission under sections 406 and 407 of the MS Act, 1958 & exercise of right of first refusal is hereby kept in abeyance with immediate effect and until further orders.

Important Note

All affected parties should note this change and await further orders from the Ministry of Shipping, Govt. of India.
