Key Changes and Requirements
1. Course Endorsement Amendment
The endorsement on the reverse side of the Certificate of Upgradation Course for Deck Officers (Operational Level) has been amended. The new wording is:
- Upgradation of Ship Security Officer’s (SSO) course to STCW 2010 Standards (Piracy and Armed Robbery)
II/4 Upgradation Course from STCW 1995 to STCW 2010 for Masters and Deck Officers
