1. Letter of Approval — for existing empanelled medical examiners
Existing empanelled medical examiners who have not been issued a formal letter of approval can now apply to DG Shipping for one.
- Application Steps:
- Write to DG Shipping on your letterhead.
- Include required details (date of approval, age, registration certificate, address, declarations).
- Attach 2 passport-size photographs.
