Key Changes and Requirements
1. Shore Leave Facilitation — IMO Conference Resolution 11 (2012)
All Indian ports must document procedures in their Port Facility Security Plans to facilitate shore leave for seafarers. These procedures should be forwarded to the Directorate General of Shipping by 30.4.2013.
- Action: Update Port Facility Security Plans and submit to the Directorate General of Shipping
- Deadline: 30.4.2013
