Key Changes and Requirements
1. Amendment to DGS Order 6 of 2010
Paragraph 1.5.2 of Annex-I to DGS Order No. 6/2010 has been deleted.
- Impact: Dual-registered vessels can now operate under either their Inland Vessel (IV) Act or Merchant Shipping (MS) Act certificate, depending on their route.
Note: This amendment aims to facilitate seamless operation of RSVs between inland and coastal waters.
