Key Changes and Requirements
1. Decentralization of CDC Processing
The processing and issuance of renewal, duplicate, and replacement CDCs will now be handled by the respective Shipping Masters' offices where the original CDCs were issued.
- Mumbai: Original CDCs issued by Mumbai, Chennai, and Kolkata
- Chennai: Original CDCs issued by Chennai
- Kolkata: Original CDCs issued by Kolkata
2. CDC e-Portal Update
Shipping Masters must update the CDC e-portal immediately after issuing renewal, duplicate, or replacement CDCs.
Note: All pending applications will be transferred to the respective Shipping Masters' offices for processing and issuance.

Applicants should contact the respective Shipping Master's office for the status of their renewal, duplicate, or replacement CDCs.
