Key Changes and Requirements
1. Refresher Training Certificate Requirements
For Refresher Training in PST, FPFF, PSCRB, and AFF, it's not necessary to have PST or FPFF certificates if you possess PSCRB or AFF certificates, or have achieved equivalent standards through upgrade training after STCW'1995 implementation.
2. Modified Certificate Formats
New formats for Refresher Training Certificates in PST, FPFF, PSCRB, and AFF are issued as Annexures A, B, C, and D of this Circular.
