Key Changes and Requirements
1. Clarification on Non-Propelled MODUs
Non-propelled Mobile Offshore Drilling Units (MODUs) are exempt from ISPS requirements as they do not interface with international shipping in their normal operations.
2. Revised ISPS Requirements Matrix
A revised matrix of ISPS requirements, excluding non-propelled MODUs, is available for reference.
