Key Changes and Requirements
1. Course Curriculum Revision
The course curriculum for MEO Class III Chief Engineer Officer (NCV) has been revised to align with the 2010 Manila Amendments to the STCW Convention.

2. Compliance and Application
Training institutes must follow the revised curriculum from 1st November, 2012. Institutes are advised to issue certificates in the prescribed format after successful course completion.

- Course Approval: Institutes intending to conduct this course must seek approval. The processing fee is fixed at INR 25,000/-.
Important Note
Institutes must adhere to the revised curriculum and obtain approval for conducting the course as per the guidelines issued by the Directorate.
