1. Expert Committee Formation
The Directorate General of Shipping (DGS) is forming an Expert Committee to assist in developing a comprehensive "Seafarers Manual".
- Purpose: Enhance clarity and accessibility regarding various processes and activities related to the Crew Branch.
- Scope: Aligned with the operational and regulatory framework of the Directorate.
2. Nomination Invitation
Individuals with thorough knowledge and experience in Crew Branch-related procedures are invited to express their interest in being part of this committee.
- Eligibility: Familiarity with Merchant Shipping Notices, DGS Orders, MS Act, MS (RPSL) Rules, and other relevant circulars.
- Nominations: Submit names and contact details to the following email addresses by 30th April 2025.
