Key Changes and Requirements

1. Revised Application Forms

The Director General of Shipping has revised Form A and Form B for the issuance of fresh Continuous Discharge Certificates (CDCs) and for renewal, duplicate, or replacement CDCs.

Form A: For fresh CDCs (excluding candidates who have completed DGS-approved pre-sea training courses)
Form B: For renewal, duplicate, or replacement CDCs

2. New Requirements

The revised forms require the following additional details:

INDOS No. - Indian Nationality Certificate Number
STCW Certificates: Details of STCW certificates held
Contact Details: For efficient communication
