Submission of Articles of Agreement, application for issuance of Cookery Certificate and registration of Indenture for cadets, on-line.

Key Changes and Requirements

The Directorate of Shipping has introduced online facilities for submitting certain documents.

Articles of Agreement: Submit online within 48 hours of signing on/off. Still need to submit originals to Shipping Master.
Cadet's Indenture: Submit online. Still need to send print-out and relevant documents to Shipping Master by post.
Cookery Certificate Application: Submit online. Still need to send print-out, CDC, fees, and other documents by post.

Note: After submitting documents online, still follow the usual practice of sending relevant documents to Shipping Master.

Important Note

All Ship-owners, RPS Cos., and Seafarers must obtain a 'User I.D.' and Password by registering on www.dgshipping.com.
