Amendment to SD Circular No. 02/2010 Regarding fees/ charges for various services rendered by Directorate General of Shipping in respect of Technical Clearance, various licences and charter permission in respect of Indian and Foreign flag vessels.

Applicable to: Indian and Foreign flag vessels, Ship Owners, Charterers

Key Changes and Requirements

The processing fee for charter permission of foreign flag vessels on time charter basis has been amended as follows:

Fee: Rs. 40,000/- for the first 30 days and every contiguous block of 30 days thereafter. Fraction of days charged at Rs. 1500/- per day.

Note: Levy of the above fees will be effective from 01.04.2010.
