Key Changes and Requirements
1. New Inspection Checklist
A new, more robust checklist has been developed for inspecting RPS providers, superseding the existing processes.
- Annexure-I: Detailed pro-forma for conducting the inspection.
2. Third Annual Inspection by DGS
RPS companies must apply to the DGS Crew Branch for nomination of surveyors to conduct the third annual inspection.
- Application Window: To be announced by DGS.
- Inspection Conducted By: Surveyors nominated by DGS, MMD, DSEO, or GSO offices.

Important Note
Failure to comply with the updated inspection parameters may attract penal provisions under the MS Act and RPS rules, including suspension or cancellation of the RPS license.
