Key Changes and Requirements
1. Posting and Allocation of Duties
The posting of Gr. 'B' (Non-Gazetted) and Gr. 'C' employees of MMD, Kolkata has been re-allocated as per ANNEXURE-I (Enclosed) with immediate effect until further orders.
- Section-in-Charge: Personally liable to ensure a suitable substitute is available in their absence and the Officer-in-Charge is informed.
- Head of Office: Authorized to re-allocate duties in case of any exigency.
II/4 Linked Staff
Certain staff members have been linked and are responsible for each other's work as mentioned in the Annexure.
Important Note
Duties will be allocated from time to time as and when required. Regular staff members attached to other than examination sections shall have to perform the duties of examination sections as and when required.
