Key Changes and Requirements
1. Appointment Guidelines
The Competent Authority has withdrawn Circular No. 5 of 2006 and appointments of Principal/Director/Head of the Institute/Dean will now follow the guidelines laid down in Training Circular 9 of 2003.
- Existing Appointments: Appointments done as per Training Circular No.5 of 2006 remain valid.
