1. Committee Constitutions
The Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways has constituted various committees for the implementation of the E-Samudra project of DGS.
- Technical Advisory Committee: To ensure deliverables follow RFP/Agreement and technical specifications, and advise on technical matters.
- Administrative Committee: To manage contractual matters, milestone achievement, progress monitoring, and make recommendations.
- Steering Committee: To ensure project progresses smoothly and is implemented timely.
