Key Changes and Requirements
1. Clarification on Branch Office Approval Procedure
The following changes have been made to the existing procedure for approval of branch offices of RPS providers:
- New Step: Submit declaration/undertaking to the Director, Seamen's Employment Office concerned.
- Verification: The Director will verify the declaration as per required criteria.
- Issuance of Addendum: Upon verification, an addendum will be issued to the RPS licence of the company.
Important Note
All other terms and conditions of Crew Branch Circular No. 3 of 2007 remain unchanged.
