Key Changes and Requirements
1. Half Yearly Returns Submission
Maritime Training Institutes (MTIs) are required to submit Half Yearly Returns to the Directorate General of Shipping (DGS) on or before 10th of January and 10th of July of every year.
- First return for 2008: 1st March 2008
- Return format: Appended format
- Inclusion: All courses approved by DGS, even if not conducted during the period
