Key Changes and Requirements
1. Fee Structure and Payment
MTIs must announce the entire fee for the course at admission and provide a detailed breakup with a payment schedule.
2. Prohibition of Agents and Agencies
MTIs are not allowed to encourage or entertain any agents or agency services for fee realization.
3. Fee Structure Intimation
MTIs must intimate their fee structure to the Directorate within 15 days of receiving this circular.
- Non-compliance: MTIs may be de-recognized and removed from the Directorate's website.
Important Note
Violation of these instructions will be viewed very seriously.
