Key Changes and Requirements
1. Extension of Minimum Educational Qualification
The minimum educational qualification of 'VIII standard passed' is extended for a further period of 3 years for natives of Minicoy Island belonging to Scheduled Tribe in relation to Union Territory of Lakshadweep.
- Validity: 3 years from the date of issue of this order
- Certificate Required: A certificate proving membership of Scheduled Tribe in relation to Union Territory of Lakshadweep
