All Indian seafarers holding Shipmaster’s Medicare course certificate issued by INHS Aswini.

Key Changes and Requirements
1. Acceptance of Original Certificates
Original certificates issued by INHS Aswini will be accepted until replaced.
- Action: Collect revised certificate from LBS CAMSAR at the earliest.
2. Courses Before 1st February 1997
Candidates who completed the course before 1st February 1997 and have a valid Certificate of Competency as per 1995 amendments do not need to attend the course again.
- Requirement: No need to submit revised Medicare Course certificate in the prescribed format.
