Key Changes and Requirements
1. Data Collection for ISM Code Impact Assessment
The DGS is collecting data to assess the impact of the ISM Code. This information will be used to analyze the code's effectiveness and develop guidance for Indian flag vessels.
- Required Data: Ship detentions, serious deficiencies, accidents, incidents, and PSC/FSI reports with analysis of non-conformities.
