1. Submission of Plans/Booklets in Electronic Format
From now on, while submitting the following plans/booklets for approval, one copy should be in electronic format (CD/DVD only) to be retained by the Directorate.
- Plans/Booklets: Trim & Stability Booklet, Damage Stability Booklet, Grain Stability Booklet, Loading Operation Manual, Cargo Securing Manual, Structural Plans for Passenger Ships, Crew Accommodation Plans, Structural Fire Protection Plans, Escape/Door Plans
