Key Changes and Requirements

When State Govt. Examination Boards charge fees for certificate verification, collect the fees from the candidates.

SM's Responsibilities:
- Undertake certificate genuineness verification.
- Issue a letter to the candidate to submit the prescribed fees.
- Issue CDC only after receiving the verification report.
- Initiate verification immediately upon receiving the CDC application.
- Ensure fees have been remitted before despatching the CDC.

Note: Fees collected should be remitted to the concerned State Government.
