Key Changes and Requirements

Following a fire incident on a passenger vessel, the following measures are advised:

AC Unit Maintenance: Ensure AC units are serviced by authorized workshops.
Routine Inspection: Carry out routine inspections of window-type AC units by ship staff.
Switching Off: Display clear instructions to switch off electrical equipment when not required.
