Key Changes and Requirements
1. Clarification on Applicability
MS Notice 02 of 2018 is now applicable to Mobile Offshore Drilling Units (MODU), drill ships, rigs, and non-propelling offshore barges.
- Applicable Vessels: MODU, drill ships, rigs, non-propelling offshore barges
2. No Changes to Terms and Conditions
All other terms and conditions stipulated in the MS Notice 02 of 2018 remain valid and unchanged.
Note: This addendum is issued with the approval of the Director General of Shipping.
