Key Changes and Requirements
1. Information Required
Manning agents with on-board slots from foreign principals are requested to provide the following information about pre-sea deck cadet course candidates:
- Name - Pre-sea course done for officers, name of institute, period of training, contact details (residential address, telephone, fax, etc.), and any other relevant information
2. Submission and Distribution
Submit the information through email to enhance the marketability of Indian seafarers. The information will be passed on to member lines of FOSMA/MASSA.
