Issuance of Hard Cover -MEO Class I

Applicable to: MEO Class I candidates and examiners

Effective Date: 19th January, 2005

Superseded Circulars: Engineering Circular No.032 dated 10th August 2001, and Circular No.040 dated 21st March 2002

Key Changes and Requirements

From 19th January 2005, all eligible MEO Class I candidates are being issued with Hard Cover Certificates of Competency (CoCs).

Revalidation cases: Forward to the Directorate immediately upon receipt of the application.
Valid soft cover CoCs: Will be replaced with Hard Cover CoCs upon revalidation.
Hard Cover page 2: Must be filled up while issuing.
Monthly returns: Forward to the Directorate along with the original soft cover for record.
