Key Changes and Requirements
1. Eligible ITI Trades
The following ITI trades are eligible for Near Coastal Voyage Certificate:
- (1) Electrician
- (2) Electronics
- (3) Fitter
- (4) Machinist
- (5) Diesel Mechanic (including Pump-man)
- (6) Refrigeration and Air-conditioning
- (7) Motor mechanic
2. Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must:
- i. Have undergone the trade in institutions approved by the State government or the Central government
- ii. Possess a pass certificate from the National Council for Vocational Training
